Affirmation: My speech demonstrates the power of God's Spirit in my life.

If we do not allow God to move us from glory to glory, we will get caught up in living in an old season. As the Holy Spirit moves us, the methodology of an old season will not propel us into the future. We need something new and fresh. We need a new glory. - Chuck Pierce

We can easily become so involved in the "work of the Lord" that we overlook the "Lord of the work." Our priority each morning at prayer time should be to minister unto our Lord. Sing to Him, brag on Him and read the Word back to Him. - Alice Smith

"I will bless the Lord at all times." - Psalm 34:1

It is easy to live superficially and never to take the risk of diving into the depths and facing the terrors of the deep. The result is we are unable to reach out to God - because God is deep. - Anthony Bloom

When we realize the vast authority we have in the spirit, we will stop resorting to natural ways of warfare and step over into God's way - "..through God to the pulling down of strongholds." - Markus Bishop

Prayer is a two-way conversation. Whenever we pray, we should expect to hear something. What kind of a conversation is it when only one person talks. - Steve Sampson

Belief is cold - intellectual. Faith is living. It moves and operates, and sweeps the enemies of the soul before its irresistible march. - Charles S. Price

Jesus cleansed Himself from life's common goals, such as the support of a natural family community that didn't revolve around God's love as much as the love of one another. Jesus was modeling to us how to pursue higher goals. - Shawn Bolz

"If anyone comes to me and does not hate his father and mother, his wife and children, his brothers and sisters - yes, even his own life - he cannot be my disciple. - Luke 14:26

Whatever we focus upon, the storm, or the Lord in the midst of our storm, will determine how we manage the storms we face in life. He is not asleep concerning the things you face in this life; He's right there in your "ship," resting, because He knows you'll both get to the "other side," His peace is yours. Believe His Word. Rest in His love. (Mark 4:37,38) - Andrew Wommack

The plan of salvation removes all barriers between Jews and Gentiles and unites them into one body for the indwelling of the Holy Spirit.
We are made alive together with Christ who raised us up together, and made us sit with Him in heavenly places.
We are created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand, that we should walk in them.

Dealing With Carnal Thought Systems

2 Corinthians 10:4 -- the weapons we use in our fight are not the world's weapons, but God's powerful weapons with which to destroy strongholds.

We deal with the devil by dealing with the carnal thought systems, the strongholds, that protect the enemy. The pulling down of strongholds begins with repentance.

The energies we expend in keeping our sins secret are the actural "materials" of which a stronghold is made. The demon you are fighting is using your thoughts to protect his access to your life.

Into Action

Identify one stronhold that you are using to protect the government of satan in your life.

Write down two affirmations that will bind the enemy and loose the power of the Kingdom of Heaven over this stronghold.

Affirmation: The upward call of God draws me into the place of surrender, where I yield my being into His hands.

What a paradox to see the Church filled with great numbers of champion disputants who defend a set of opinions, doctrines, and practices, all of which may be most cordially embraced without demanding the least degree of self-denial, and most firmly held fast with bestowing the least degree of humility! - William Law

"This cup which is poured out for you is the new covenant in my blood." - Luke 22:20

Jesus betrothed His Church unto Himself in a covenant of blood. At the Lord's table we celebrate our betrothal. We are joined to the Lord in holy matrimony. - T. Austin-Sparks

God will agree with your vision while He is diminishing your resources. He will say, "Yes, that is the vision - reach for the impossible, Dare to do the unimaginable!" even as He carefully removes or neutralizes all of the natural strengths, resources, gifts and abilities you've come to count on. - Tommy Tenney

Every revelation of God is a demand, and the way to knowledge of God is by obedience. - William Temple

Affirmation: As I listen to Him, I ascend higher to the dwelling place of love.

Barrenness in any area is our invitation to excel. The God who hides things for us also gives us His Kingdom as our inheritance. All is covered by the redemptive work on the Cross, but it is gained little by little, sometimes through our co-laboring effort. - Bill Johnson

No one will attain his goal or destiny until he becomes free. The free man would rather perish in the wilderness trying to fulfill his destiny than go back to slavery. Until we make the decision that we will not go back, we will not go forward. - Rick Joyner

"No one, who puts his hand to the plow and looks back is fit for service in the kingdom of God."
(Luke 9:62)

A lack of commitment in prayer is the sure sign of a lack of depth and of intensity of desire; and the absence of intense desire is a sure sign of God's absence from the heart! - E. M. Bounds

The strong hands of God twisted the crown of thorns into a crown of glory: and in such hands we are safe. - Charles Williams

Affirmation: I believe God said what He meant and I believe God meant what he said. I'm only moved by the Word of God.

Journaling will help you mature in your prophetic gift. Write out what you believe the Lord is saying and then verify it by studying out the Scriptures. Look back over your journal and meditate on what the Lord has revealed to you. - Patricia King

You need to boldly confess the Word of God that covers your case every day. If you'll say it with victory and with love, it won't be long, maybe a few weeks until God will move for you and your family. - Norvel Hayes

"If you shall ask anything in my name I will do it." - John 14:14

Now it is your turn to become the dread of demons and a Holy Ghost special effect. Are you ready? Are you serious, or do you still need to take one more lap around a mediocre life? - Mario Murillo

If Jesus isn't the Lord of your life someone else will be. - Donald Coggan

2. Inheritance in Christ
Read Book of Colossians

Chapter 1
The Colossian believers were being led astray by false teachers who were challenging the divinity and supremacy of Jesus Christ. Paul corrected this error by declaring that by Jesus all things were created that are in heaven and that are on earth, visible and invisible. All things were created through Him and for Him. And that Jesus Christ is before all things, and in Him all things consist. He points out His pre-existence, His head-ship of the church, His divine fullness, his reconciling work, and the mystery of his indwelling in the believer.
We are to be filled with knowledge of His will in all wisdom and spiritual understanding.

Chapter 2
Paul warns against false doctrine and instructs steadfast faith in Christ. Also that the members of the church might be united together in love, having a fuller understanding of the spiritual mysteries of the Father and of Christ.

Chapter 3
Paul encourages the church to heavenly aspirations and affections. To lay aside the evil passions and vices, and to put on the Christian graces and virtues. To see an infilling of the Word of Christ so as to be mutually heplful in instruction and praise. Do all things in the name of Christ.

Believing God For The Impossible

Acts 3:6,7 -- But Peter said, silver and gold I do not have; but what I do have, that I give to you: in the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, walk! Then he took hold of the man's right hand with a firm grip and raised him up. And at once his feet and ankle bones became strong and steady.

Part of the problem is this: we are accustomed only to doing things for God that are not impossible. If God doesn't show up and help us, we can still succeed. There must be an aspect of the Christian life that is impossible without divine intervention that keeps us on the edge and puts us in contact with our true calling.

John 14:13,14 -- "Whatsoever you shall ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you shall ask anything in my name, I will do it."

The deadness and feebleness of the saints today is largely due to their receiving and following the truth with their minds. This is nothing but the law. In spite of the exactness of the letter, it is absolutely not of the Holy Spirit. - Watchman Nee

Living From The Victory Of Christ

Psalm 119:105,111 -- Thy word is a lamp unto my feet, and a light unto my path. Thy testimonies have I taken as an heritage for ever: for they are the rejoicing of my heart.

The attitude of those who live from the triumph of Christ is different than those who live under the influence of their past.

The only part of the past that we have legal access to is the testimony of the Lord. The rest is dead, buried, forgotten, and covered under the blood. The past should have no negative effect on the way we live, as the blood of Jesus is more than sufficient.

Living from the victory of Christ is the privilege for every believer.

Philippians 3:13,14 -- ".....this one thing I do, forgetting those things which are behind, and reaching forth unto those things which are before, I press toward the mark for the prize of the high calling of God in Christ Jesus."
